Snippets for the week commencing January 27 2020.

Boys in Years 3 & 4 enjoyed a break from the classroom on Wednesday. They walked to GLive and were introduced to the orchestra.

The year 5s used mirrors to learn about reflecting shapes over vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines. They even made some of their own designs.
In year 6, the boys learned about exchange rates and how to create line graphs in order to convert between currencies. They also went on an around the world trip converting the various currencies back into pounds to calculate how much their trip cost them overall. 
On Wednesday afternoon, the Year 5's had the opportunity to go along to the Bridge Theatre to see, 'The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe'.  The boys thoroughly enjoyed watching this critically acclaimed production, featuring an array of stunning costumes, puppetry and moving sets - a magical and mysterious return to the world of Narnia.
