Friday - Day Trip to Legoland

This was a day many of the boys had been looking forward to for a long time.  The weather was fantastic - at least there was no rain falling from the sky to soak us through.  All of the boys took part in an educational computer programming workshop, learning how to use a computer to control movement through Lego.  It built on many of the ideas and concepts studied through our own programming modules at school.  The boys then got to try a few rides, whilst looking out for devices around the park which were controlled using computers, thinking about what types of inputs and outputs were being used.

An absolutely great week, with plenty of happy memories for years to come.
