Monday 6^th July

•  ALL PREP DEPARTMENT IN CRICKET WHITES ALL DAY
• Hiawatha Performance: 7.00 for 7:30pm

Tuesday 7^th July

• Revised Sports Day Morning Yrs 3-5  8:30am - 10:30am (followed by music) Yrs 6-8 10:45am - 1.00pm followed by rock and pop group
• Hiawatha cast arrival at either 8.25am or 9.40am
• Hiawatha Performance: 7.00 for 7.30pm

Wednesday 8^th July

• Back up morning for Sports Day
• Hiawatha cast arrival at either 8.25am or 9.40am
• Year 3 Mini Matinee 2.15pm
• Junior Prize Giving in the Marquee – 3.00pm - 4.00pm

Thursday 9^th July

• Hiawatha cast arrival at either 8.25am or 9.40am
• P8 Meet your new teachers
• Year 6 Leavers tea 4.00pm
• New Year 7 Party 4.00pm

Friday 11^th July

• TERM WILL END FOR PRE-PREP BOYS AT 11.45 am AND PREP SCHOOL WILL END AT 12.00 noon (YEARS 3-7)
• Boys in Year 5, Year 6C, 6D and 7 will exit next Friday by the science lab doors, all other forms will exit by the Chinese Gates.

• Leavers’ Lunch (for Year 8 and their parents) will be in the Marquee at 12 noon for 12.30 pm. 

• 4:40pm promptly: ALL BOYS IN YEAR 5 AND ABOVE (except seniors asked to help with car parking, guiding etc) to be present for registration call on the playground at RGS.  Boys should be smartly dressed in best school uniform with blazers, ties and clean shoes.  PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE! 

• 5.00PM SPEECH DAY AND PRIZE GIVING in the Great Hall at RGS when Mr Richard Pleming, Headmaster of Charterhouse, will present the prizes.  Parents should take their seats no later than 4.50pm please. 

• Prize Winners and the rest of the school will sit in their designated seats and will be looked after by members of staff.  Car parking is limited at RGS and, regrettably, it will be necessary for parents to make alternative parking arrangements in the town.  After Prize Giving, boys will be dismissed and should meet their parents in the quad at the front of RGS first after 6:00pm.
