The 14th World Children’s Haiku Contest

In January the boys in Year 4 were encouraged to write a Haiku to be entered into a national competition.
The organisers were delighted by the response and saw a record number of entries.
The judging panel included representatives of Japan Airlines, The Embassy of Japan, The World Haiku Club and The Japan Society.
This year Har-Rai C, Max Rand Archie S, were chosen as runners-up for the contest, for which they will each shortly be receiving a certificate and £10 book token from Japan Airlines.
Well done to all Year 4 boys for their contributions in this competition.
